Rainbow Crow
by Rhiana Yazzie, music by Gary Rue
October 24-November 9, 2008
Why are crows inky black?
Why is their song so noisy?
In this world premiere play based on a Lenape Native American story, the crow, once known for her beautiful voice and colorful feathers, heroically sacrifices her beauty to save her friends.
Along the way, she discovers that inner beauty and loyalty are more important than appearance.
