The Way I Feel

April 14, 2018

9:00am - 11:00am

Theatre is all about identifying and connecting to our shared human emotions. Young children are giddy to explore this topic as they learn to identify and regulate their own feelings. We’ll use picture books about emotion to help children explore and connect to their own emotions and recognize the feelings of others through interactive songs, acting games, movement exercises and art explorations. On the final day of class, students present some favorite scenes for family and friends in a short play format.
