SteppingStone Theatre is committed to broad access to its programs and will make every effort to accommodate the financial needs of your school as space and funds are available. Financial Aid is intended for groups who would not otherwise be able to attend performances and must be requested prior to booking.
Financial Aid is made available through individual donations and grants from foundations and corporations who support the mission of SteppingStone Theatre. Please fill out the following information for our records so that we can better serve groups like yours in the future.
Please direct all MainStage-Performance-related questions and completed applications to Jessica Kray Martin, Community Relations Coordinator.
Student Education Scholarship Program
At SteppingStone, we strive to make our programming accessible to all students.
Anyone is welcome to apply for a scholarship. Our scholarship program is based on a sliding scale model where scholarship amounts are calculated using your annual gross household income and a couple other factors.
Please complete one application per student. Completed application forms may be returned at your convenience via email, fax, or snail-mail. Once your application has been received at SteppingStone you will receive a confirmation email. All applications will undergo processing and awards will be announced via email 2 weeks before the class Start Date. The award email will detail the amount of your scholarship award and the class for which your award has been granted. A spot will not be reserved in the class for your student until you have confirmed acceptance of your scholarship award. Please do not register your student for programming before receiving notice of your award. This will disqualify you from the scholarship program as funds cannot be retroactively applied to registrations. We award funds on a first-come, first-serve basis and try to accommodate as many families as possible.
