Happening at SteppingStone

2022 Summer Camps

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Summer Camps at SteppingStone Theatre create space for young artists to express themselves, make cool art, and be who they are. Professional Teaching Artists and on-staff specialists design each class to bring young people together in an artistic exploration of theatre. Sign your young artist up to join our dynamic and multifaceted community of youth artists who collaborate and create theatre (in a COVID-safe way).

Register for the grade your young artist will enter in fall 2022.

Changes ahead! SteppingStone has upgraded our software! You many notice that exploring and registering for classes looks a little different.

The new process will allow you to register as a family, store information like allergies, and join a waitlist if a class is full. We hope you like this new system, and if you have questions or suggestions, be sure to let us know at boxoffice@steppingstonetheatre.org.

COVID Policies

All Programs Are Pay As You’re Able

That means exactly what it says - pay what your family can afford.

Our full registration fee represents the amount that it costs us to bring this program to you. But for your family, Pay As You're Able may mean covering your fees and someone else's. It could also mean paying half or some of the fee.

If these options do not work for your family financially, we still want your young artist to be able to attend. Please feel free to reach out to us at boxoffice@steppingstonetheatre.org to pay a custom amount.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

At SteppingStone, we are committed to access and inclusion for all people. We stand firmly in opposition to racism, and our programs challenge our young artists, staff, and Board of Directors to foster inclusion and seek equity for all, including Black people, Indigenous peoples, people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, people of all economic backgrounds, people of all religions, and people with disabilities. SteppingStone collaborates with families to meet students’ needs, whether they are social, academic, developmental, or physical.

We Believe

Young people are artists, makers, and doers. They need to belong and to contribute to their world. When young people make art together, they change themselves and the world around them for the better.

We Do

SteppingStone ignites belonging, generosity, mastery, self-advocacy, and inspiration by creating art with young people to share with the world.
