Happening at SteppingStone

Ticket Policies

All sales are final.

No request for cancellations, changes or refunds is accepted.

Your tickets will be held at Will Call at the Box Office at the time of performance. The Box Office is usually open no later than 60 minutes before curtain time. General Admission seating will begin one half hour prior prior to curtain. It would be helpful if you can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last minute rush.

Please have a copy of your confirmation email and photo ID ready when picking up your tickets at the Box Office.

Although it is rare, in the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, SteppingStone Theatre will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail or phone, time permitting.

While SteppingStone Theatre regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, SteppingStone Theatre cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events’ organizers and venue operators, SteppingStone Theatre cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.

Every effort will be made to reschedule reservation for any cancelled or postponed event.

All patrons purchasing from SteppingStone Theatre must do so in the light of the above limitations.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

At SteppingStone, we are committed to access and inclusion for all people. We stand firmly in opposition to racism, and our programs challenge our young artists, staff, and Board of Directors to foster inclusion and seek equity for all, including Black people, Indigenous peoples, people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, people of all economic backgrounds, people of all religions, and people with disabilities. SteppingStone collaborates with families to meet students’ needs, whether they are social, academic, developmental, or physical.

We Believe

Young people are artists, makers, and doers. They need to belong and to contribute to their world. When young people make art together, they change themselves and the world around them for the better.

We Do

SteppingStone ignites belonging, generosity, mastery, self-advocacy, and inspiration by creating art with young people to share with the world.
